What size base do I need for my shed?
Your shed base should be exactly the same size as the footprint of the shed, or very slightly larger. We will measure up precisely to ensure your shed sits correctly and has adequate support across its entire floor area.
How long does a shed base take to install?
Most shed bases can be installed in a single day. A concrete base will need 24–48 hours to cure before the shed is erected on top. We can schedule the base and erection on consecutive days to minimise turnaround time.
Do I need planning permission for a shed?
Most garden sheds under 2.5m in height do not require planning permission, provided they sit within permitted development rules regarding coverage of your garden. Larger structures or those close to boundaries may require consent. We can advise during your visit.
